Description

SmartUp builds the execution layer for B2B operations run end-to-end by networks of agents inside the client’s ERP. Orders, procurement, documents, and voice workflows move from WhatsApp, email, PDFs, photos, spreadsheets, and calls through validation, policy-based human review, and direct execution in SAP and other ERPs—with a full audit trail.

Founded in 2023, SmartUp is incorporated in the United States, headquartered in Atlanta, with engineering in Santiago. More than 200 agents are in production across 50+ companies. Since 2023, SmartUp’s infrastructure has processed approximately 180 billion production tokens (159–197 billion measured) and executed over US$250 million in orders and purchases inside client ERPs.

Its production archive includes 507,000 agent conversations, 93,000 with tool calls, and 110,000 order-taking conversations verified against ERP order numbers as ground truth—plus 2.36 million voice conversations representing 228,000 hours across four countries.

Proof at scale: Dreams processes 9,639 SAP documents and 60,909 lines per month across eight properties, with the deployment built and operated by two people. Williams & Associates has processed 1.58 million shipping-document pages at roughly 3,000 per day and approximately US$0.001 in inference cost per page. Other production deployments include Sodimac, ECR Group, Pull-A-Part, Ártico, and La Pizka.

SmartUp’s Protocols deployment engine can move from contract signature to production in 45 days, including writing missing integrations such as ABAP for SAP. Its enterprise security posture includes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

SmartUp is backed by Fusen Ignite, following its journey through The Strainer and the subsequent merger.
