The societal problem Soul aims to tackle is making tracking health and well-being more accessible by applying emerging technologies in unconventional ways. More specifically, conventional fitness trackers lack the convenience, if not the ability, to track certain biometrics (e.g. weight). For the tracked data, these devices cannot often draw conclusions from it, leaving the user to perform guesswork on improving their physical and mental health. Soul hopes to utilize recent advancements in medical hardware and software to give people real control and insight over their fitness data, aiming to revolutionize consumer healthcare.
