The unit should provide for 24hours dehydration capability with installed battery i.e (either 60amperes or 100amperes battery). The capacity per month is 500kg of dehydrated highly perishable farm produce after post harvest, taking into consideration the system comes with a maximum of 12 (twelve) drying trays incorporated into the design. Using the following:

Solar powered cooling system
Standard 12 drying trays for (tuber, vegetables and fruits)
Provide 24 hours dehydration (during rainy and humid conditions)

Grand Total

The proposed design and fabrication cost with a 100amperes battery and 150watts solar panel is estimated at N1, 393,500.00
