All private organisation and individuals are only entitled to the reward for services they provide, as we do not disadvantage any party involved in the project. Nevertheless, the program has public benefits as its major objective, which is clearly differentiated as the benefits of being trained entrepreneurial by the women who have participated. The families of the benefiting women are also relieved from the burden of providing for their sustainability considering socio-economic statuses. A trained woman advances to contribute on community development and to the State at large. Also, all staff which includes Ad-hoc and other non-financial contributors gains a sense of being gainfully employed and has an opportunity to satisfy passion for humanitarian service. The massive employment the project generates is an advantage to the nation’s economy, considering the present level of unemployment and underdevelopment.
