Our developed methods are employed to aid in preserving farm produce that are perishable just after post-harvest and the reduction of primary and secondary deterioration resulting from wound pathogens inflicted during harvesting (mechanical damage), which are major causes of poor shelf life. Drying is the moisture removing process from the products. Drying reduces the bacterial growth in the products.
