Job Summary

As a Support Agent Intern, you will be the first point of contact for users needing assistance via text, in-app chat, and phone support. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, provide clear and friendly guidance, and ensure our users feel supported at every step. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, excels in communication, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to user inquiries through text, in-app chat, and phone support.
2. Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate when necessary.
3. Guide users through account setup, platform navigation, and job postings.
4. Maintain accurate records of user interactions and recurring issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and suggest platform improvements.
6. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all users, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Customer service experience is a plus.
4. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
6. Familiarity with hospitality operations is a bonus.
